Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided or the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is lower.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the space is safe for our cleaners. Any specific instructions or special requirements should be communicated clearly at the time of booking. Neat and Clean Canada is not responsible for items left in unsecured or hazardous areas.
